Services Provided
With all of our services, when the client supplies materials, or has them on site, if we can replace in our first hour, we bill only our Service call fee, be that a routine or emergency service.
Doors
Entry, Exit, Interior, Traffic/swinging, Door Closers, Hinges, Latches, Lock Replacements, Sweeps, Astragals, Frames, Replacements, Panic Bars, Detex, Door Lites, Glass, Metal, Wood, Painting, Staining, Repairs, Board ups, Temporary Securement, Lock Outs, Weather Stripping & more.
We do not service overhead or automatic door systems. We do not do rekeying services but can refer to a vetted local locksmith.
Glass & Windows
Board Ups, Seals, gaskets, Tinting, Trim, Framing, Washing,
*Replacements, & more.
*With replacements, we are limited by size of glass, and to single pane, plate, laminated, and tempered only. In the event of large glass or insulated we will refer you to a vetted local glass company once we have completed a board up.
Light Electrical
Bulb, Ballast and Outlet replacements.
We install, LED, sodium, incandescent, fluorescent and metal halide bulbs. We can supply, or install client supplied parts. We work with several local suppliers and have excellent pricing. We are not an electrical company so we stick to the simple. If there are ongoing and recurrent electrical issues, we will refer to a vetted local electrical company.
Drywall & Paint
We service and repair all forms of drywall damage and replacement. From dings & dents, to replacing after water damage, mildew mitigation, remediation, or fire. We will provide quality repairs and replacements to industry standards and conforming to all codes. Our paint services are geared towards interior repairs and patches up to complete remodels. Exterior paint we stick with repairs and patches but will consider large scope projects dependent on our current work load.
Flooring
We can repair and replace, VCT, LVT, LVP, ceramic & porcelain tile, carpet tiles, rubber flooring, wood, glue down carpet, entry mats, stained and epoxy coated concrete. We like to stick to the repairs and replacements on small to medium scope jobs. If you have several thousand feet of flooring needing quoted, we will refer you to a vetted local flooring company.
Ceiling Tiles
We can supply and install all types of drop ceiling tiles, acoustic tiles, and repair ceiling grid systems. We also offer vent grate cleaning, stain blocking paint options for minor stains and spot painting for discolored, rusted or stained ceiling grid.
Concrete Repair & Replacement
Crack grinding and filling, concrete repairs, crack filling, expansion joint cleaning and filling, grinding solutions for trip hazards, both interior and exterior. We also offer painting, epoxy coating, concrete burnishing/polishing and sealing. We can take on projects both big and small working with you and the client to provide the most cost effective solutions that fit for the use case and expectations of the client.
