We know how hard it can be to find a reputable contractor, or deal with an atypical issue on an especially difficult job. Vendors are at the mercy of the contractors they have available and let's face it, a lot of contractors will do or say anything to make a buck. It is for reasons like this we offer consultation services. 
 At EMT we provide a wide variety of services relevant to facility maintenance, we do not however take on projects that are out of our scope. We like to stick to what we are good at. When there is major electrical, major plumbing, roofing, structural, or jobs that are too large or vast we defer to those that specialize in the given area. We have developed great relationships with a variety of specialists and contractors and are more than willing to help our vendors find good fits. 
  We can also help find solutions on difficult jobs, and issues that have had multiple contractors fail to find a proper solution. In cases like these please reach out to Jonathan the owner. He has a vast amount of experience in a variety of different trades and has a knack for creating solutions. He will be more than glad to go over the details and see if he may have a possible solution, or a new angle to approach from. It is an absolute guarantee if he does not have confidence in a solution he will let you know and not waste your time.

 Pricing on consultation services varies by scope and complexity, rest assured we will give you a cost up front, and as with everything, keep it reasonable.
